The Marshalltown Community College women’s soccer team will open its debut season Thursday when it hosts Scott Community College at 3 p.m.

“We are very excited for the inaugural season of the women’s soccer program at MCC. The Marshalltown men’s soccer team has had a strong track record of success over the past decade and the women’s team hopes to repeat that success. The team worked hard during pre-season to improve every day and the team chemistry is very strong as the players push and support each other to do their best.”

The Marshalltown Community College Tigers participate in the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) and are a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association. Marshalltown Community College is a member of the Iowa Valley Community College District.
