Coastal Football Game for Saturday (Oct. 1) rescheduled to 7 p.m. ET

CONWAY, SC – Coastal Carolina’s home football game against Georgia Southern on Saturday, October 1 has been rescheduled to kick off at 7pm ET. The game will continue to be streamed live on ESPN+ and on radio on WRRN Hot Talk 99.5 FM.

With rain and high winds forecast in the Myrtle Beach/Conway area on Friday, and in the interest of caution and safety when traveling with teams, both universities and the Sun Belt Conference have agreed to push the game’s kick-off time back to 7 p.m ET.

With the change in season, here’s everything fans attending Saturday night need to know about where to attend, what to bring and more.
Note: Umbrellas are not allowed in the stadium.

The Coastal Carolina Football Fan Guide can be viewed and downloaded HERE.

All reserved and single match tickets for Saturday’s game are SOLD OUT. There are no more tickets available for sale for the home competition.

The sale does not affect the student area. CCU students do not need to reserve tickets. The students have to go through gate 2 of Brooks Stadium with their CINO card. However, to give Coastal Carolina students the best opportunity to attend the game, student guest tickets are no longer available for Saturday’s game.

Reserved matchday parking is SOLD OUT. If you DO NOT have a paid parking permit, fans can use the free parking at the GG Lot, located at HWY 501, or the HGTC parking lots. Click here for a game day parking map.

With the game sold out and new parking guidelines in place for this season, Coastal Carolina’s athletics department encourages fans to show up early and plan accordingly. We want all fans to be in their seats before kick-off at 7:02pm ET and are asking fans to help our gameday staff and security by showing up early to cheer on their Chanticleers!

Saturday’s home competition is sponsored by the Horry County Solid Waste Authority.
