Academy update: 20 players invited to the Regional Youth National Team Identification Center

Inter Miami CF Academy, presented by Baptist Health, announced today that 20 Academy players have been invited by the United States Football Association to the one-day Regional Youth National Team Identification Center on Wednesday, September 29th.
“It is an opportunity for our players to be judged at the next level of the pyramid, from club fútbol to national or international football,” said Craig Dalrymple, director of the academy. âIt’s important for players to test themselves outside of the bubble in which they work and operate within Inter Miami. For this it is of crucial importance to receive feedback from the employees of the national team and the coach. “
U.S. Soccer YNT Identification Centers (IDs) are free, one-day player identification opportunities for top talent to train and play games under the direction of U.S. Soccer Talent Identification Managers, and provide a path for players to potential future YNT drafts.
The US Football Association explains, “IDs are a critical element of our talent identification plan and are designed to identify and evaluate top talent for youth national teams while accelerating their development in a challenging environment.”
The ID Center will be conducted in compliance with strict U.S. soccer return-to-play protocols regarding Covid-19.
