A demanding, challenging soccer experience for the talented, dedicated player. A number of college coaches will work with, observe, assess, and counsel participants. The program includes seminars and panel presentations on the college selection process. An experienced coach and college player will train each team. Emphasis is on speed of play and performing effectively under pressure with limited time and space.

To guarantee a high standard, everyone must be recommended by a Middle States staff member or submit a letter of reference from their coach. ENROLLMENT IN THIS PROGRAM IS LIMITED.

An excellent opportunity to get a jump on the competition with a concentrated week of pre-season preparation. The training focuses on fitness and developing a solid technical
and tactical foundation for the season ahead. Execution of skill under match conditions is stressed as are both offensive and defensive principles of play. Such concepts as width, penetration, and depth in attack and pressure, support, and balance in defense are developed within practice sessions and controlled scrimmages.

Both individual players and teams train in an isolated soccer environment with few distractions. Coaches are encouraged to attend with their squads.
